Had a really pack-ed and busy day yesterday

Morning i have to get some documents.. then i have voluntary work... then i have work at TWG.

the worse part of all is that i am in my work attire.

which is Formal wear.. long white blouse with black pants and with the heels.

You know.... Flat foot are the enemy of heels.

even the shortest height.

and my sole of my foot hurts alot when i walk.

God dam.

decided to exercise later to relieve the pain.

Well, now i don expect to hit 10km in 75 mins.

with my current condition :/

Last week was quite bad.. 8.7km in 65 mins.

quite slow i think.

trying to wait for 6 am plus.. so i can start warming up at the park...

Hoping that the sole will feel better.
