Maybe it is time for me to devote myself into helping people instead of helping myself to unhealthy thoughts of life.

After O levels beside devoting time to work i would insist a voluntary work for myself

give and recieve even if i dont recieve , at least i know someone who has recieved from me

and i give it to the person.

when i was buying the rice for the Red cross project i suddenly realise

that things are taken for granted

those who really need help cannot even afford a kg of rice.

let alone a fufilling meal for their stomach.

time to wake up from the idea,
